By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Bristol Electronics website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Products & Services
Bristol Electronics is an electronic component distributor offering a wide range of products including capacitors, resistors, inductors, connectors, semiconductors, and other electronic parts.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored for that order.
Product images are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
Orders & Payment
Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. A minimum order total of $15.00 is required for all purchases.
Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. Payment information is transmitted directly to our payment gateway provider and is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer same day shipping on all orders received by 3:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. All shipments are f.o.b. Trevor, Wisconsin U.S.A.
Domestic Orders (USA): Ship freight collect using your own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account at no additional charge, or select UPS shipping (1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, or Ground) with the cost added to your order.
International Orders: Ship freight collect using your own carrier account, or choose our flat rate international shipping at $85.00 via FedEx International Priority. The receiver is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Returns & Refunds
All claims for shortages or damaged product must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the total invoice value.
All returns are subject to prior approval. No returned goods will be accepted unless the return has been previously agreed to and has an associated RMA number. Please contact our customer service team to request an RMA number before returning any products.
Warranty
A 60 day warranty is standard for all product that fails to meet the original manufacturer's specifications. A failure report is required on all product with functionality issues.
By accepting and/or paying for the goods identified in the web order, invoice, or any other documentation — the buyer expressly acknowledges agreement with the standard 60 day warranty set forth by Bristol Electronics. Any purchase order, acknowledgement form, or any other terms of the buyer different from or in addition to the stated terms are specifically rejected and shall not have the effect of modifying the standard 60 day warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Bristol Electronics assumes no responsibility for the application of any product. No warranty shall be made towards product capability in regards to the buyer's use or circuit design.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase shall not exceed the total invoice value of the product(s) in question. In no event shall Bristol Electronics be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wisconsin.
Changes to These Terms
Bristol Electronics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
